It’s just as crucial for those companies who sell online that delivery and return procedures are clear and easy to follow as well. After all, they want their customers to have a positive shopping experience.

Tips for purchasing

If you are buying online, and this is particularly important when you are buying things like clothing for multiple people in your family, there are few things you should check:

  • Check the sizing – any good clothing website will not only offer a variety of sizes but will also have a handy sizing chart that you can refer to so that you order the correct size.
  • Check the quantity – unfortunately, it can often be all to easy to put 2 of the same items in your basket, or if you want two identical items of the same size you may accidentally only put 1 item in. So, check carefully before checking your basket out.
  • Colour – check you have ordered the right colour. If you are purchasing for several children at the same time, it can be easy to accidentally order the wrong combination of size and colour, especially if you are in a hurry.

You can check the contents of your online basket before you pay for your items, but don’t forget to check your emailed order confirmation as well. This way if something is incorrect, it can be rectified before your items are shipped.

If your package is damaged, you should contact us, and we will be happy to solve any issues. It can be helpful if you have a designated safe place for parcels in case you are out to advise us. This might be somewhere that is covered or even a designated neighbour who will take your parcel in.

Delivery and returns

We want you to be completely happy with your items, which is why we offer free delivery. In the unfortunate event that the items you receive are damaged, not what you ordered or simply not the correct size for your child we also offer free returns. If you need to return an item to us, then you should find a return slip in your parcel. Simply complete this and return the items to us for a refund or exchange. All that we ask is that you obtain proof of postage for the parcel.
